DIFFICULTY GRADINGS
Easy – A general fitness/experience level is required for “easy” events. The distance/course may not be too demanding but must not be underestimated.
Moderate – A solid fitness/experience level is required for “moderate” events. Expect challenging distances/courses. Such events are not for everybody. Build up gradually.
Hard / Extra Hard – An advanced fitness/experience level is essential for “hard” and especially “extra hard” events. Read ALL the details of the event thoroughly before signing up. Participants must have recently accomplished similarly intense events. If you’re not sure do NOT sign up as a misguided choice will probably put yourself and the whole group at risk.

If you have any relevant medical conditions or special needs please advise the event leader immediately on arrival.
