IIK Deutschland e.V. is a non-profit organisation offering German courses as well as a program that organizes a variety of culture-related events for students and interested community members.

Join us on Saturday, July 12th for a trip by bus to Ghent.
When we arrive, we’ll start with a boat tour of the city. After that, you’ll have free time to explore on your own.

We will meet at 8:00 a.m. directly inside the main entryway of Düsseldorf`s Central Train Station, on the left side next to the DB (Deutsche Bahn) Info Point. We will depart on a bus rented by IIK - please note that you will be traveling together with a group of our international language-students. Upon arrival in Gent you'll enjoy a guided city tour (mostly in German). Afterwards, you'll have free time until we head back in the evening, with planned arrival in Düsseldorf at around 09:30 p.m.

The fee for this excursion is 53 Euro per person. Included are the bus ride, guided support from IIK tutor, city boat tour, and a free afternoon. To pay the fee, if you are in or near Düsseldorf please visit us (Eulerstr. 50, 40477 Düsseldorf, room S1 (Street Level next to Café 34)) in our office (Tuesdays thru Fridays between the hours of 1 - 3 p.m.) otherwise you can contact us by e-mail:
