To replace mindless doomscrolling with small intentional habits.

When?
Starting tomorrow, 5:00 PM IST, recurring regularly.

Where?

– Read and reflect on quote of the day
– Play Wordle
– Practise Spanish using Duolingo
– Improve vocabulary by learning a word of the day
– Practise creativity using art therapy
– Relax with intentional meme scrolling
– Finally, wrap-up with gratitude journaling
