The Executive Reset is a half-day morning built around the four things that actually move the needle on energy, strength, and longevity — meditation, resistance training, hormone science, and a chef-led brunch. No fluff, no juice cleanses, just the fundamentals and a room of people who think the way you do.

**What we'll do:**
🧘 9:00 – 9:30 AM — Guided Meditation
A short, physician-informed breathing and meditation session to drop cortisol and sharpen focus. Zero experience needed.

💪 9:30 – 10:30 AM — Resistance Training
A coached strength session built for longevity, not ego lifting. We'll cover the fundamentals that protect your metabolism, bones, and independence for decades.

🧬 10:30 – 11:15 AM — Peptides, Hormones & Energy
Dr. Fahd Arafat, MD (board-trained ER physician, founder of ProExec Wellness) breaks down what's actually driving your energy and recovery right now — and what's worth asking your own doctor about.

🍳 11:15 AM – 12:30 PM — Chef-Led Brunch & Cooking Class
A working chef walks us through a brunch built on the same anti-inflammatory principles from the morning's talk. We cook part of it together, then sit down and eat all of it. Brunch is included in your ticket.

**What's included:** every session above, the full brunch, and a take-home recipe + protocol card.

**What to bring:** clothes you can move in and a water bottle. Mats and equipment are provided.

**Who this is for:** any growth-minded professional — no experience required for any session.

Attendees tend to be established founders, operators, and physicians in their late 30s to mid-50s, but everyone's welcome.

Seats are capped at 30 since brunch is cooked to headcount — once that count locks, registration closes.
