Join us in Shibuya for a day of fantastic fun boardgaming!!!

Bring your favorite board games and enjoy them with your friends & family, or make new friends at the event on Sunday.

If you wish to bring guests, please ask them to create a meetup account (it is free) and RSVP to the event. If they do not wish to create a meetup account, then message me (Maddy) the total number and names of your guests and I'll add them to the guest list.

We encourage you to please try to send us a private message to request for an RSVP confirmation well in advance. The organizers are extremely busy too close to the time of the event. Therefore, even though we try to accommodate everyone, we cannot guarantee a response.

TIME:

The event starts at 3pm but you can walk in anytime after that. You can stay as long as you want (or as long as there are board games/boardgamers). I'll make sure that I stay till the end of the last board game of the day :)

FEE:

There is no participation fee for this event, but you are requested to order at least one drink as soon as you arrive. This is to show our appreciation to the owners for lending us the space. (Soft drinks are ¥500 onwards)
