It is our intent to provide educational and Networking opportunities for contractors, property managers, landlords, rehabbers, flippers and all the rest.
Guest Fee: $10.00 per meeting.
Online Only Membership is $100.00 and includes one primary member.
Deluxe Annual Membership $200.00 includes one primary member and their spouse or significant other.

The Illinois Real Estate Investors Association is hosting a Cash Flow 101 Game Night.
Cashflow 101 is a board game that teaches players about investing, accounting, and finance. It was created by Robert Kiyosaki, the author of Rich Dad Poor Dad. Each game board seats 2 to 6 players. Some say 3 to 6 is ideal for the best interaction.
How it works- Players choose a starting career, such as mechanic, lawyer, or airline pilot
- Players fill out financial sheets that track their income, expenses, assets, and liabilities
- Players land on cards and invest in deals, logging their changes to their financial sheets
- Players can test strategies for building wealth without using real money
