Cash Flow 101 Game Night

The Illinois Real Estate Investors Association is hosting a Cash Flow 101 Game Night.

Cashflow 101 is a board game that teaches players about investing, accounting, and finance. It was created by Robert Kiyosaki, the author of Rich Dad Poor Dad. Each game board seats 2 to 6 players. Some say 3 to 6 is ideal for the best interaction.
How it works

• Players choose a starting career, such as mechanic, lawyer, or airline pilot
• Players fill out financial sheets that track their income, expenses, assets, and liabilities
• Players land on cards and invest in deals, logging their changes to their financial sheets
• Players can test strategies for building wealth without using real money

What it teaches How to behave in different investing scenarios, How to generate and sustain wealth, and How to learn from mistakes.
