Slow Hand proudly serves up slow-smoked Midwestern BBQ, paired with housemade sides & desserts in our from-scratch kitchen, with ingredients that are almost entirely locally sourced.

Our full bar features great domestic & craft beers, an impressive wine list, carefully crafted cocktails & adult slushies. The bar menu is infused with seasonal ingredients that complement the high-quality smoked meats, homemade side dishes & sultry desserts.

We are fortunate to have partnered with some amazing local farms to bring you the best product you can find anywhere. Our partners include Spence Farms and Kilgus Farmstead of Fairbury, Illinois, and many other local providers and producers.
