Northwest Suburbs Independents Event

This is the first event located in the suburbs. I am trying to expand the community and attract others who have similar feelings towards our country's political environment.

If you are seeing this event as something nearby in the northwest suburbs, I made this group to try to bring together other Illinoisians who share similar feelings about politics. You don't align with either party because you have morals, philosophies and miscellaneous ideologies that are scattered across the spectrum or not even part of it. It may not even feel accurate to call yourself a centrist. So, we settle for "independent." Why is a title even necessary? If you dislike both the republican and democrat parties, as well as partisan, like I do, let's meet up! Someone needs to give us a voice, and that's what I hope to do. I know there are Americans out there with mutual feelings because I see it online, but they're hopeless the change will happen. It's a dream within sight atop a staircase that never seems to end.

We can use this to get to know each other. Hear each other's stories that brought us to where we are in life. And just to be clear, I am not any kind professional speaker affiliated with something larger. I'm just another American who can't just sit around anymore.
