Sun Circle: Group Energetic Attunement + Sound Bath

Join us for a Sun Circle every first Sunday of the month to honor the present moment, bask in the radiant energy of the sun, and reconnect with your inner light. This 90-minute outdoor gathering is free to join and offers a peaceful and supportive space to reset your energy, cultivate clarity, and celebrate community.

In this uplifting circle, we will:

• Begin with a grounding meditation to center and align with the sun’s energy and your own.
• Experience a group energetic attunement to release stagnant energy and invite vitality and clarity.
• Relax with a sound bath, allowing healing frequencies to wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
• Enjoy community connection as we share and reflect on our experiences.

What to bring suggestions:
• A yoga mat to lie on
• A pillow or two to use for added support for your body
• A blanket to cover yourself up as you lay down (if it gets chilly)
• A covering to put over your eyes
• Please wear clothing that is comfortable, breathable, and loose
• Water to stay hydrated :)
• Journal and something to write with for reflection

Parking:
Parking lots available on Golden Hill Dr and in the neighborhood on 25th St or A St if lots are full. Please arrive 10min before to allow enough time to park and settle in. Should you have any issues, please call/text (619)535-6116.
