Part of the Art of Living NYC community, this group is a movement empowering New Yorkers to do more of what they love by recharging through meditation — a practical way to refresh every day. Rooted in the timeless wisdom of yoga and breath, our sessions draw from the teachings of the global Art of Living Foundation.
