This is a group that aims to connect people while moved to Melbourne from another country 🛬.
Moving to a new country is exciting could be challenging. Anything but your social connections can fit into the suitcase. From the known to the unknown, you will have the complete autonomy to build a life you want and choose who you want to surround yourself with.
Different types of activities will be organised to help people from different life stages and background to connect.
Possible types of event planning to organise.
A. “Just landed” - events for new people recently arrived to meet up and explore the city together
B. “Twiddling thumbs” - regular events around different hobbies
C. “Thinking big” - professional events helping people connect with others in the same industry or seeking/providing mentorship
