This group is for immigrants, newcomers, students, and working people who want to slow down, connect, and take care of themselves in a simple way.
We meet for relaxed mindful walks, fresh air, and easy conversations. After the walk, we may sit at a café, share stories, reflect on life, and build a sense of community.
This is not a formal class or therapy group. It is a welcoming space for mindfulness, self-care, friendship, and honest conversation about the immigrant journey.
