Letting Go to Begin Anew

Details

Start the year with a deeply reflective gathering designed to help you release what no longer serves you and embrace the possibilities of a fresh start. Together, we will create a nurturing space to reflect, move, and set intentions for the journey ahead. This session is an opportunity to reflect, release, and discover new perspectives about yourself in a supportive and empowering environment.

What to Expect:

  • Lighting the Path Forward:
Begin by lighting a candle, placing your hand over your heart, or holding your favourite object and setting personal intentions as we create a supportive and empowering atmosphere for our time together.
  • Reflective Journaling: Releasing the Old:
Guided prompts will help you uncover what feels heavy or outdated in your life, allowing you to explore what you’re ready to release and the new space this can create.
  • The Gesture of Release: A Somatic Practice:
Engage in a grounding movement exercise to embody the act of letting go. This simple yet powerful practice will help you align your body and breath with the theme of release.
  • Clearing the Space: A Guided Meditation:
Through visualization, you’ll imagine clearing away burdens and creating fertile ground for renewal. This practice will leave you feeling lighter and more open to possibilities.
  • Talk-Time: Share Your Story (Optional):
Sharing your reflections about letting go and starting anew is optional, but each story adds depth and meaning to the collective experience.
  • Anchoring Intentions: A Closing Ritual:
Seal the experience with a symbolic act of rebirth. You’ll choose a word or intention to carry forward and infuse it into a personal object or thought for the year ahead.
This gathering is a chance to honor where you’ve been, embrace where you’re going, and connect with a community of women on a shared journey of transformation.

Note: Video presence is not mandatory but strongly recommended for this gathering. This event relies on your participation to make it meaningful for all attendees.

Disclaimer: This gathering is not a therapy session and is not a substitute for professional mental health support. It is a reflective and intentional space for self-exploration and connection.
