Spring Reset: How’s Your American Dream Holding Up?

Details

In a world that feels like it’s shifting every minute, let’s check in. What’s working? What’s wearing you down? This circle is about getting real—on dreams, survival, and what we’re actually building in these uncertain times. Whether you arrived here recently or years ago, the American Dream hits differently when you’re living it. What did you hope for? What’s changed? And what are you holding onto—or ready to let go?
This is a space to speak freely, reflect deeply, and be in community with women who understand the complexities of carving out a life here. No judgment, no fixing—just real stories, shared wisdom, and the power of being heard.
Session Flow (1.5 hours):
🔸 Grounding Meditation (5-7 mins)
We’ll begin with a short meditation to land in the present moment and ease into the conversation.
🔸 Journaling + Reflection (10 mins)
Guided prompts to explore your relationship with the American Dream—what it means now, and what you’re ready to release or redefine.
🔸 Story Sharing (40 mins)
A space to share your experiences, questions, and truths. Share as much or as little as you’d like—every voice matters.
🔸 Discussion & Closing (30 mins)
Open dialogue on what’s emerging for us collectively. We’ll wrap with reflections and a check-in on what support looks like moving forward.
No filters. No pressure. Just a circle of women making sense of it all—together.

Note: This is a respectful, confidential space—not a substitute for therapy. Share openly, listen deeply, and honor each other’s privacy.
