Anna is a certified intercultural trainer, with a University diploma in International Business and Cultural Studies. She was born in Poland and moved to Germany as she was 19.
Since 2005 she has been working as an advisor for global companies supporting them in successful communication while working within multicultural teams and in the international market. Especially she makes them conscious of cultural differences and the influence of their personal cultural background.
She also prepares managers going abroad to be international representatives for their companies and is an international speaker and guest lecturer at several prestigious institutions such as University of Passau, University of Cologne, UBI Luxembourg and Polish Consulate.
She’s run her company Intercultural Success since 2010 and to her clients belong Bayer, Cologne Trade Fair, Mövenpick, PUMA and many others.
