Spend an afternoon filled with fun, movement, and laughter

## **WHAT IS THE WORKSHOP ALL ABOUT?**

* This workshop is a **safe and playful space** to discover the basics of improvisational theatre through fun, physical games.
* Most of the session is **movement-based**, so **no need to talk much** — perfect for beginners.

We explore:

* Creativity & spontaneity
* Letting go
* Playing without judgment
* Enjoying mistakes instead of fearing them

## **HOW DOES THE WORKSHOP LOOK LIKE?**

* No acting or stage experience is required.
* You can participate **as little or as much as you want** — observing is perfectly fine.
* We start with dynamic warm-ups to get out of the “daily routine mode” and into a playful mindset.
* Then we dive into simple physical games and short scenes.

In our workshops, there is:

* **No pressure to be funny or perfect**
* **No need to speak perfect English**
* **No obligation to perform every exercise** — listen to your body and your comfort
* **No judgment — just exploration and fun**

This is a space to move, breathe, play, and let go.
Mistakes are celebrated: **failing = playing**.

* I have been practicing improv since 2012 and teaching it since 2015 (time flies ...).

* Comfortable clothes you can move in (jeans are totally fine — it’s not yoga)
* A bottle of water
* A small snack if you need energy
