Before You Serve: A Live & Virtual Grounding Experience for MLK Day of Service
Details
This year, MLK Day of Service may be emotionally intense.
Americans are living through collective trauma—whether directly or by bearing witness. Democracy in the U.S. is being actively dismantled, and civil rights are being infringed upon by many in the US government.
If you’re showing up to serve in advocacy or through volunteer roles, this matters.
I want to be genuinely helpful to those who are volunteering, organizing, advocating, educating, and serving their communities.
That’s why I’m hosting a three free, Online Grounding Experiences to help organizers and volunteers "fill your own buckets" and PREPARE for MLK Day of Service—so you don’t arrive depleted, overwhelmed, or emotionally flooded.
Each of my pre–MLK Day prep webinars are designed to help you settle your nervous system, process what’s heavy, and reconnect with the deeper purpose behind your commitment to service—especially this year.
What we’ll do together (60 minutes):
• Group hypnosis to relax the body and calm the nervous system releasing fear, anxiety, and emotional overload
• Explore Simple, effective tools to protect and sustain your mental energy while serving others (you might even teach someone your working with these self-regulation tools).
• Guidance on how to continue this work with me and in community, inside Stress S.O.S.
Dates & times (Western European Timezone):
• Thursday, Jan 15 — 16:00
• Friday, Jan 16 — 17:00
• Sunday, Jan 18 — 18:00 (Kids and Teen volunteers welcomed to this session)
This is about showing up clear, steady, and resourced—so your service comes from alignment, not exhaustion.
Come as you are.
Leave with clearer emotional space, renewed resolve, and the ability to step into your day of service with pride.
Please share this event series with a friend or loved on who you know needs this.
