About the Speakers:
Gaby Lockhart is a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer with American Mortgage Company and received her license in March 2013. She chose to work with American Mortgage Company in November 2020 due to their ethics and integrity, along with the many loan program choices that allow her to provide her clients with the best service.
Gaby devotes herself to finding just the right mortgage for you so you can fulfill your dream of owning a home or Investment Properties.
She has a master’s degree in Business, Economics, and Leadership.
Gaby is active in her community and an award-winning leader, and she received the 5 Star Professional for Mortgage 2023. She is the proud recipient of the Humanitarian Award from the Founders Lions Club for[masked].
Tim Lockhart is a 6th Generation Texan who grew up in Arlington. He attended Lamar High School, then completed a B.S. Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of Texas at Arlington. Upon completion of his degree, he was commissioned into the Air Force. He retired from the Air Force in 2013 as a Civil Engineering Officer whose last assignment was in the 366th Training Squadron at Sheppard AFB. He is now a Real Estate Entrepreneur.
They are investing in single-family homes in DFW and Wichita Falls areas with prior investments in Newport News, Virginia, Austin, and San Antonio, TX since 2002. He has been an investor-friendly REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty since 2013, is the owner of the Real IMPACT Training Systems franchise for Wichita Falls and Denton TX, and is a private money broker. Tim and Gaby specialize in bringing Increase to the North Texas community through teaching real estate investing and home ownership.
