What we’re about
With Code for America sunsetting the national brigade framework, Impact Hub Houston is committed to continue convening purpose-driven problem solvers to improve communities, inspire civic engagement, and increase innovation empowerment for impactful outcomes. In that spirit, we are migrating our annual City of Houston Hackathon, monthly Open Project Nights, Climathon Houston, and other impact + innovation events under the Impact Hub Houston umbrella of "Ideas to Impact" -- an initiative open to all who want to tackle challenges for the greater good.
We're always looking for great people to help shape, facilitate, energize and lead this group. It's a volunteer role that can connect you with our local innovation ecosystem and Impact Hub's regional and global networks. This is your opportunity to help grow this community, enhance areas of focus, curate speakers and cultivate the future of this group. Perks include access to Impact Hub Houston's networks and spaces, and working with people who care and actively transform ideas into impact!
