Whether it's at work, in friendships, or even in community spaces we all have moments where we wonder if we actually fit. This workshop looks at imposter syndrome through an emotional lens: What stories are we carrying? What safety do we need? How do we stop proving and start being?

• A deeper understanding of belonging vs. performing
• Practices to build internal emotional safety wherever you go
