Theme: Inherited Emotional Roles & Identity Clean-Up
Audience: peacekeepers, over-functioners, adultified kids, children of immigrants, folks from high-stress or emotionally unavailable families
Summary:
Sometimes we’re not just holding too much.. we’re holding things that were never ours to carry. Roles, responsibilities, and beliefs passed down silently. This workshop is about gently sorting through what you’ve inherited.. emotionally, relationally, even culturally and deciding what still fits (if anything).
You’ll leave with:
- Tools to examine your inherited emotional roles
- Practices to release what’s not yours, without guilt
- A clearer sense of who you are without the performance of function
