As a Real Estate Investor, with a prior background in mortgage loan servicing, property management and management of a residential appraisal firm; Amy recognized a need in the investor community for the specialized requirements of Private Lender Loan Servicing.

Beginning with just 25 loans in 2009, AugustREI, LLC was born. Since then, AugustREI has grown into a 4,890 loan, $473,000,000 plus portfolio with the enviable default rate of 1.80%.

Amy has become a sought-after speaker and trainer within the industry and continues to act as the Managing Principal of AugustREI. Directing the compliances required by state and federal regulation, she and the AugustREI team continue to build the portfolio with the AugustREI mission statement in mind.
