ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Tony Jardieu, co-organizer of IMPACT Arlington and IMPACT Waco, and his business partners have participated in hundreds of real estate transactions. Prior to beginning his real estate business, Tony was a bank regulator where he developed and taught numerous classes on credit and lending for bankers and regulators. When Tony retired from his long career in banking, he leveraged his expertise in financial/credit analysis, appraisal management, and loan underwriting to establish his real estate investing companies. Tony and his wife, Cyndee, have experienced considerable success building rental and owner finance portfolios.
