Systems work the way they were designed — that doesn’t always mean they work for everybody.
We have seen how systemic racism and social injustices are perpetuated by systems that were created to do so. It’s time these systems are re-examined — by and with those who are the most impacted.
It’s time to join the redesign.
WE BELIEVE THAT WE CAN USE THOUGHTFUL CONSIDERATION TO REPAIR OR REBUILD SYSTEMS THAT ARE HARMFUL OR BROKEN SO THEY WORK BETTER.
