Parking: Enter the main entrance to Urban Community School on W. 47th Street, south of Lorain Ave. Follow the driveway to the main oval parking lot in front of the red tower. You can park in any space marked with a green square. You can then follow the sidewalk to Lorain Ave. You will see Imposters directly across Lorain Ave. from the school. - Sketch Comedy Open Mic @ Imposters TheaterImposters Theater, Cleveland, OH
An hour dedicated to testing written comedic material. Whether you’re part of an existing sketch group or dipping your toes in the sketch water this is the place for you to try out new work.
How it works: You can submit as a group or as an individual writer for a 10 minute slot. If you’re a writer, we will find actors for you to read your scripts. Sketches can be presented as stage readings or fully blocked and costumed pieces. Booked acts will receive the run order the week of the show.
### How to submit: Fill out this form with your group/individual name, the date you are interested in, and your scripts. All material will be accepted but I am screening for basic crimes against humanity, don’t be a jerk.
For Actors: If you’re interested in reading material, please feel free to submit your availability for upcoming show dates.
