Improv for Public Speaking

Details
Everyone's welcome to the second session of Improv for Public Speaking!
Who it’s for: Absolutely everyone—total beginners, shy folks, scientists, founders, students, professionals. No “being funny” required.
What typically happens: First, we'll do a quick vocal warmup. Then, we'll do high-energy, low-stakes improv games together, or in pairs, to get into the habit of speaking without much thinking. Finally, we'll play one or two "core exercises" that work on a particular skill, such as listening, body language, eye contact, or recovery (knowing what to do when you blank).
GROUND RULES
- Arrive early please (!): Aim to be there 5 minutes early. Arriving in the middle of a session can be very disruptive.
- RSVP required: No RSVP = no entry. We hold your spot until start time, then release to waitlist.
- Phones away: No filming/recording. Be present.
- Kindness first: Zero tolerance for disrespect, coaching others without consent, or inappropriate content.
If even one person shows up, it's a workshop! :) If you come who knows... you might get free 1:1 or small-group coaching!
