What we’re about
The Improv Playground invites you to shows, courses & workshops at Berlin's newest improv theater at Haus Zwingli in Friedrichshain, so that you can stay connected to yourself and others through the power of improv.
We will announce events that feature short-form, long-form, and musical improv and keep you informed about improv events around the city.
This Meetup was initially founded by Henri & Blake and then managed for some time by Brian Kapell. It is now organized by Andrew Rae (he/him) of ImprovWorks Berlin.

Join in the merriment as six of our finest players present "The Buckingham," an exemplary short-form show first developed by Pam Victor of Improv Boston.
Over the course of the evening we shall use your suggestions to conjure memorable characters and weave delightful stories to entertain and elucidate even the most erudite audience.

Looking to have a ton of fun and meet some cool people? Then come join us for a couple hours of laughter, merrymaking, and improv!
This drop-in workshop is open to all experience levels, from absolute beginners to complete professionals!
We create a relaxed, safe, and supportive environment where we can dive into improv exercises and games, with a heavy emphasis on playing and having a laugh.

Hosted by members of ImprovWorks, it's Berlin's only short-form improv jam! We'll pick some improv games in a range of difficulties, and if you want to play, just sign up.
We aim to create an atmosphere where both first-timers can feel comfortable and supported getting on stage, and more experienced performers can get some fun practice.
