Ready to take your stand-up to the next level? Jest Improv's Stand Up 102 Program gives you the space and support to sharpen your joke writing and performance skills. In every class, you’ll have dedicated time to write and test your jokes, while receiving personalized feedback and assignments based on your strengths and goals. This program is open to all skill levels, so whether you already have done open mics/shows before or you've never tried your own material, this program will help enhance your comedic voice on stage!
You’ll also have the chance to test your material at Jest Improv's open mic, and by the end of the program, you’ll perform in a showcase to put all your hard work on display and show off your best material!
This course will take place at the Bunker Theater in Ventura (2750 East Main Street). This will be an 7-week course running on Wednesday nights from 6-9 pm from July 16th to August 27th. The showcase will be on August 30th @ 7 pm.
Free admission to all Jest Improv shows are included along with one complimentary ticket to your showcase.
