I am proposing you to try out my new idea: a mental and emotional workout based on improv games and exercises. Many of us do exercises to keep our body healthy. What about keeping our mind healthy by playing and doing improv games?
In this session, we will play together and train skills such as creativity, tolerance towards uncertainty and social connections, like others would work on their core, legs and cardio.
A fun and light atmosphere, a safe space to try and an opportunity to meet like-minded people!
So let’s meet to try it out together on Saturday April 27th, from 9 to 11 a.m.
