This Sunday, let's celebrate summer, new friendships, and the simple joy of being together.
Join us for a relaxing morning of yoga in the park, followed by a community picnic where we can connect with ourselves, with nature, and with each other.
Everyone is welcome.
You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need to have a "yoga body."
You don't need any previous experience with yoga or meditation.
This practice is for you if:
- you're completely new to yoga
- you already practice and want to deepen your experience
- you're looking for a peaceful way to start your Sunday
- or you simply want to enjoy a beautiful morning outdoors with like-minded people
## 🧘♀️ The Practice
We'll enjoy a gentle Hatha Yoga class inspired by traditional yoga, including:
- mindful movement (asanas)
- conscious breathing (pranayama)
- short guided meditation
- a calm, welcoming atmosphere with music
We'll move with awareness, breathe deeply, and create space to slow down and reconnect.
## 🌿 Celebrate Summer in Nature
Our practice takes place in the beautiful Parque Eduardo VII, surrounded by fresh air, green spaces, and stunning views over Lisbon.
Practicing outdoors reminds us to reconnect with the natural rhythm of life and appreciate the beauty of the present moment.
## 🧺 Summer Community Picnic
After class, we'll stay together for a relaxed picnic.
Bring something that brings you joy to share...a favorite snack, fruit, or homemade recipe. If not, your presence is more than enough.
Many people come on their own and leave with new friends, feeling part of a community. We don't often get the chance to enjoy a picnic together..so let's make the most of this beautiful Sunday.

- 60-minute yoga class
- Community picnic afterward
- All levels welcome
- Donation-based (recommended €10)
Please bring:
- A yoga mat or towel
- Water
- Something to share for the picnic (optional)
