Yoga Thursday Morning Session /Last of this year!!

Join me for my Thursday morning yoga class at Yoga Live Academy!

It’s a 60-minute session designed to energize your body and help you finish the week feeling grounded, refreshed, and aligned.

The price for the Thursday class is set by the studio at €12.
(If you’re enrolled in any of the studio’s plans, the class is included at no extra cost.)
