What we’re about

Not 100% happy in Switzerland? You are not alone!
Switzerland is known for its stunning landscapes, wealth, and safety—but despite these advantages, not few people here still feel something is missing. Whether it’s a sense of purpose, deeper connection, or personal fulfillment, the reality is that even in a country that seems to have it all, happiness isn’t guaranteed. Morever, some people want to achieve more, still cannot reach their goals.

As a psychiatry resident and neurology specialist working in Swiss hosptials, I see this daily in my work. I encounter individuals—many of whom are dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, and more—who struggle in their lives. Tragically, I also witness everyday people at their lowest point, contemplating suicide. These are not just statistics to me—they are real people, and their stories drive me to find solutions.

This group was created because I believe we can do more—for ourselves and for each other. I myself want to always improve myself and help my patients and friends also improve theirlives; personal growth, self-empowerment, and mental well-being are essential for all of us.

Here, we’ll explore these themes through open conversations, insightful readings, and group reflections. Topics like ADHD, emotional resilience, mindfulness, and self-improvement will be central to our discussions.

This group is for anyone who wants to live intentionally, improve themselves, and grow alongside others who are committed to doing the same.

Let’s create a community where we support one another to thrive—not just survive. Join us and grow together.

What to expect:

Each session focuses on a book or topic related to self-improvement or psychological well being (e. g. burnout prevention, time management, mental clarity, or emotional well-being). We don't just read books or discuss — we want to apply the insights from these meetings to our daily lives. Together, we create a space of support, curiosity, and personal evolution.

Group discussions; no one lectures. We want to know what helped YOU!
