Would you like to enjoy some easy, relaxed sports together?
Running, walking, light exercise, or simple games —
all you need is the feeling of wanting to move your body!

Beginners, people getting back into exercise, those who prefer a slow pace,
and anyone who wants to build a healthy habit — everyone is welcome 🙌

We move together while chatting along the way.
No pressure, no competition — join in however you feel that day!

After we arrive, we enjoy things like:
• Light stretching
• Optional HIIT (only if you want)
• Ball games or simple sports

The activities are flexible and depend on the group and the mood ⚜🧘‍♀
