Improperly is Exeter’s wonderfully unpredictable improvised comedy company — where you provide the suggestions and we make up the rest!
With Core part of the Cast, other improvisers and members of the audience are invited to take part in the Show!
Every show is completely different. Characters, relationships, locations, stories and situations are created right in front of you, with the performers taking inspiration from whatever the audience throws their way.
Expect big laughs, ridiculous characters, unexpected twists, silly songs, dramatic moments and plenty of glorious chaos.
Sometimes there’s comedy. Sometimes there’s serious drama. Sometimes there’s a song about something nobody could possibly have planned.
And that’s the point — anything can happen!
For this special Improperly & Friends night, expect a lively mix of improvised comedy, scenes and songs, bringing together performers who love making things up, taking risks and having fun with the audience.
