GETTING TO GRIPS WITH IMPROV

A chance to try out a proper course, where you can work with the same group of people, all getting to try things out at the same time, and grow the teamwork skills that help improvisers to really shine. Aimed at beginners though experienced are welcome too, as this continuity is really helpful.

We will cover elements of listening skills, making the most of scene offers, 'object work', working as a team, creating characters, emotional commitment. And many classic improv games to explore all this.

This is a try out session, two hours, on a Monday evening 6.30pm to 8.30pm and the cost is £15 (you can book on eventbrite or I will send a link to participants which will avoid the booking charge). If you like it, and would like to continue, there are a further four classes in this series, costing £60. No newcomers to the group after the second meeting so you get to play and practice with the same people which a great way to learn.
