Join us in a creative and mindful journey with Embodied Connections — an afternoon dedicated to self-expression, movement, and connection. We will explore new ways of moving through space and connecting with both ourselves and others.
Leave behind the carousel of daily life and arrive fully in the present moment, ready to explore, feel, and express with confidence. Together, we will create a peaceful space to nurture creativity, mindfulness, and allow our bodies to speak, our eyes to experience and our hearts to connect!

About the organizers:
Ieva
Ieva has been involved in youth work since 2017, and during this time she also finished her philosophy degree.
Ieva is a traveller and has also lived in five different countries. Throughout the journey she has gathered a variety of tools to help people see the importance and beauty of connecting with their own bodies. She has a talent for inspiring others to take on new challenges, let go of fears, and simply see how many wonderful things happen when they believe they are already good enough!
Hanna
Hanna is a passionate dancer and movement enthusiast with over a decade of experience in modern dance. Her journey includes workshops, dance camps, and performances across multiple countries.
She believes that movement is a form of meditation - a powerful way to clear the mind, reconnect with yourself, and renew your energy.
In a world that often feels static and digital, Hanna inspires others to whether pick up a pen or brush or simply let your body move freely and embrace creativity and movement as a means of self-expression and confidence-building.
