The Improv Playground invites you to shows, courses & workshops at Berlin's newest improv theater at Haus Zwingli in Friedrichshain, so that you can stay connected to yourself and others through the power of improv.
We will announce events that feature short-form, long-form, and musical improv and keep you informed about improv events around the city.

The Improv Playground

This drop-in workshop is open to all experience levels, from absolute beginners to complete professionals!
We create a relaxed, safe, and supportive environment where we can dive into improv exercises and games, with a heavy emphasis on playing and having a laugh.
We meet at ImprovWorks Berlin, Rudolfstr. 14, 10245, near S+U-Bahnhof Warschauer Str.

The Naked Flamingos
ImprovWorks Berlin, Rudolfstr. 14, Berlin, DECome join Berlin’s freshest, short-form comic improv group at this beautiful space near Warschauer Brücke.
The Naked Flamingos, an international flock of Berlin-based improvisors, will perform a series of games & comic scenes in response to suggestions made by YOU, the audience. Think ‘Whose Line Is It Anyway?’

Expect music, mayhem and silliness.

ImprovWorks Berlin, Rudolfstr. 14, Berlin, DEIt's short-form improv by the sweetest people on earth, including... YOU!
Hosted by members of ImprovWorks, it's Berlin's only short-form improv jam! We'll pick some improv games in a range of difficulties, and if you want to play, just sign up.
We aim to create an atmosphere where both first-timers can feel comfortable and supported getting on stage, and more experienced performers can get some fun practice.

Slow Burn Improv
ImprovWorks Berlin, Rudolfstr. 14, Berlin, DEAn evening of long-form improv hosted by Destructive Creation! Based on your suggestions, our troupes will go deep into improvised worlds, characters and stories to move us to laughter and tears.
Then Destructive Creation will perform the magic of the Cat's Cradle. Laugh along as they weave a tapestry of five different, intersecting stories, all made up on the spot!
Slow Burn: for those who like it deep.
