CommUnity Open Heart Drum Circle and Chanting

You are welcome to join in the fun where Alder will lead a Healing Drum Chant Sing Dance Circle in Beaverton. Sing and Drum in a comm-unity Drum Circle at Unity of Beaverton! This venue is large so we will have room for drumming, dancing, chanting. Big hugs and smiles await your arrival! Did you know that singing and drumming in community is joyful, relaxing, AND scientifically proven to improve health? All ages and experience levels are welcome in this safe space as we explore the vibrational healing magic of traditional instruments used with voices and spiritual intention. (Once it is warm and lighter out in the evening we will move outside across the street at the park near the Beaverton Library.

• BYO water bottle.
• If we are inside chairs will be provided
• If we are outside BYO char/stool
• You can bring drums, percussion, and other instruments as well or just yourself... Some drums & rattles will be provided.
• All ages and skill levels are welcome to join together in our upbeat community Drum circle
• If you do not see us inside then we moved outside across the street at the park near the library
• Be prepared to move energy, reflect, and bring joyful and healing vibrations and sounds to our community and your body, mind, spirit, and world!
