Skyline Yoga & Rooftop Mocktails

Join us for a unique wellbeing experience just outside the heart of Paris, at the Mélia Hotel in La Défense (Métro Line 1 – Esplanade de La Défense).

Your journey begins in the hotel lobby, where you’ll be welcomed and guided to the 19th floor — home to stunning skyline views over Paris. We’ll start with a 1-hour yoga session in a calm indoor space. Water will be provided, and we request to bring your own yoga mat.

After the yoga session, it’s time to unwind with refreshing, alcohol-free mocktails at the rooftop bar — either outside or inside, depending on the weather. It’s the perfect chance to take in panoramic views, connect with like-minded people, and give your body and mind a boost.
