How many of you feel like you run at 100 miles an hour all the time? This is a wonderful experience for those of us who are looking to slow down and learn how to reduce stress in our lives. The people there are very welcoming and willing to educate us on how to use meditation to reduce stress and help us focus on every day living.
"Join our meditation group every Sunday to nurture your commitment to practice. Each week, a topic related to meditation will be presented and followed by a guided meditation that will transition into 15 minutes of silence. At the end there will be an opportunity for interaction. Both beginners and seasoned practitioners are welcome to join."
