Italian Boot Camp (free Duolingo account needed)

Practice Italian one-on-one in Zoom breakout rooms, native Italians included. The "BootCamp" meeting is structured in 6 "rounds", of 10 minutes each. Unleash your conversation during each round and push yourself to use the 3 round-specific NEW words/idioms/phrases (see link below: please familiarize yourself). If you happen to get stuck no worries! Just complete your own Duolingo activities via screen-sharing with your breakout partner. Make sure you start with your Duolingo account already open on your screen. Cellphones or tablets NOT recommended.

IMPORTANT
🛑Add your name and your Meetup username
🛑The day before the event, we will follow up via email: please reply then to confirm your attendance (or to cancel)
🛑The moment you join the Zoom meeting, make sure you are ALREADY logged into your Zoom account with the same email you used to register (otherwise the system will not let you in)
🛑Reservations submitted just a few hours (or minutes) before the event start, cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best!
