POP UP! Ladies Community Healing Guided Meditation & Mandala Coloring South SF

Welcome Ladies and the LGBTQ+ community! Let's join together in unity and friendship to celebrate the feminine divine in a stress free way!

When: Sunday, June 22, 2025 at 3pm (drop in any time until 5pm)

Where: Orange Memorial Park SSF- 1 W Orange Ave, South San Francisco, CA 94080

What to bring: A hard surface to color on such as a book or clipboard. Yoga mat and/or blanket. Dress in layers. Bottled water. Snack optional.

What is provided: Mandala coloring books (tear out the page that you want to keep), markers and free guided lying meditation.

3pm to 3:30pm: Meet and Greet
3:30pm: Guided lying meditation
3:35 to 4:45pm: Color mandalas
4:45pm: Guided lying meditation
4:55pm: Closing Circle
