Face-to-Face Ferntree Gully Class Availability
Hello, class is 7.30pm Thursdays in Ferntree Gully, face-to-face for one hour. We have reverted back to Thursday nights. During the class, you will receive energetically fused resources to embrace daily, if you but choose to do so.
Class Background
It is for people interested in focusing on your evolution, you will have a certain awareness, rather than those people who live life unconsciously. You may feel a need to give back, to be of service in some way, to live in harmony with yourself.
Are You Searching for Answers?
Have you had a spiritual awakening? We can have some experience which leads us to this and wanting to search for answers, or to find our tribe or group, where we feel like we have come home.
You may need to release stress, to calm yourself down, to quieten your mind, or need to clear your unhealthy trauma and wounding.
"Energy is all around us. We live in a physical body, it is surrounded by an etheric web netting body, we think with our mind, so have a mental body, we have emotions, that is, we express with our emotional body, we have a soul body which expresses itself through our other bodies (physical, mental, emotional) and we exist in other spiritual bodies which we will not delve into here."
Cosmosis Mentoring Centre (CMC)

The Cosmosis Mentoring Centre (CMC) offers free, online, global, one hour classes. Resident north of Perth, Western Australia, they are Western Australia time at 6.30pm Sunday nights and 9am Monday mornings. Check your local time to confirm, but at present they are Melbourne time 8.30pm Sundays and 11am Mondays.

Meet and Greet
To commence, I ask you to book a time to speak on the phone or meet in person to find out whether this in person class is for you. We can also do so using her Microsoft Teams, Zoom or WhatsApp if you like.
Facilitator
Classes are facilitated by me, Lynette Mitchell, a qualified life coach with additional qualifications in holistic living counselling, crystal healing and more. I have been on a life time journey of meditation, personal and spiritual growth and would like to share some of this with you.
