Twyman Clements is the Co-Founder and CEO of Space Tango. He oversees the design and implementation of the companies on orbit research & manufacturing products.
As a recognized leader in the development of fully automated, remote-controlled systems for research and manufacturing in orbit, Twyman provides expertise in technology and scientific consulting for industry and academic partners. Leveraging this work, Space Tango is developing new commercial market segments in space in conjunction with the development of ST-42 — a fully autonomous orbital platform designed specifically for scalable manufacturing in space.
Twyman has been recognized by the Kentucky Entrepreneur Hall of Fame and ranked #25 on Fast Company’s list of the 100 Most Creative People in Business. Twyman received both his bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Kentucky.
