Mindfulness in Action
Mindfulness in Action is a group focused on practicing Buddhism in everyday life.
Each week, we choose a topic to explore in our daily experiences, then come together to share what we’ve noticed and learned during the week.
Topics include Eating, Awareness of the body, Anger, and so on. We choose the week's topic at the end of each session.
The group can have up to 7 people, most of us are attending through other sites and are not signing up here on meetup.
Example: Eating.
Are we truly aware that we’re eating?
Do we actually taste our food?
Do we notice any attachments or preferences?
We meet every Thursday at 9:15 EST and prefer people attend weekly.
The conversation is focused and relaxed.
