Nourishing ourselves-

People with illness or disability have unique experiences and issues. Come to the group to connect with others, be heard and build new relationships.

This discussion and support group is open to any person who has a disability or health issue.

Groups through Inclusion Center are safe spaces for people to share their experiences, ask questions, offer input and connect with others who are dealing with similar issues. Everything said in our group is confidential.

People will be joining us from different sources; It is likely we will have more attendees than are shown on Meetup.

Inclusion Center is a lively, caring environment (now on zoom) where people with varied backgrounds, health concerns and interests gather to talk, laugh, learn, and develop friendships.

At Inclusion Center we realize everyone has valuable life experience and different takes on life that, when shared, help, support and interest others. All views are valued, respected and appreciated.
We also understand that violence and hate put a quick end to communication, therefore this is not welcome at our sessions. All sessions are facilitated.

There are no fees for this group or any activities at Inclusion Center.
