The world is rapidly changing. Companies are looking for ways to respond to this change, ways to work efficiently and delivery value. As part of this, we have seem evolution of how we handle projects and products, from predictive waterfall, to iterative agile, and in reality quite often something in-between with a bit of W-Agile (Waterfall / Agile... or "Wanna-Be-Agile".)
