Both of these initiatives are based on data - and achieving a certain % of employees that are diverse or Black.

To further the concept of leveraging data through the employee life cycle, we can talk about how data drives decisions for:

  • Hiring
  • Terminations
  • Promos
  • Salary reviews
  • Performance Reports
  • How does turnover data inform initiatives or uncover bias?
