Life Crafting: How to Design a Meaningful Life in a Distracted World
Details
Life Crafting refers to the intentional modification of one’s environment, behaviour, and patterns of thinking in order to better satisfy core psychological needs and align daily life with dearest values.
To some extent, we all engage in life crafting informally. But structured reflection can dramatically increase clarity and follow-through.
In this event, we will explore both:
- How do we already apply life crafting in our personal lives?
- How can we apply it more systematically?
